I haven't yet, but I want to make some mu shu pork pancakes....sort of my style though. I want to make thin buttermilk pancakes then slow cook a pork roast. When it's almost done glaze it with a peppery maple syrup soy sauce glaze. I wanna top it with sauteed strips of shiitake mushrooms, onions, cabbage, daikon and red pepper. Sounds Great!
